Lyshanna leads LAN Remodeling with a refined understanding of both business operations and high-end residential design. With more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and client-centered service, she brings an innovative, polished approach to every project.

 

Her leadership is grounded in excellence—ensuring the company operates with efficiency, clarity, and exceptional quality control. Lyshanna’s ability to connect with clients, anticipate needs, and execute a vision with precision is what sets LAN Remodeling apart in the St. Louis market. Under her direction, the company continues to grow into a trusted, luxury-focused renovation firm known for craftsmanship and elevated service.

Project Manager

Darren Willson

Darren has more than 25 years of hands-on construction and project management experience, he brings unmatched expertise and leadership to LAN Remodeling. His career began in residential carpentry, where he developed a deep understanding of structural detail, material performance, and high-quality craftsmanship.

 

Over the years, he worked his way up from skilled tradesman to project superintendent, eventually managing full-scale renovation teams across St. Louis. Darren is known for his precision scheduling, problem-solving under pressure, and strong communication with homeowners.

Today, he oversees LAN Remodeling’s production operations, from planning to completion, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of excellence.

Lead Installation

Johnathan Creates

With years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and on-site execution, Johnathan Crates serves as Lead Installation Specialist at LAN Remodeling Contractor. Known for his precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills, Johnathan is responsible for ensuring every project is installed to exact specifications and completed to the highest quality standards.

 

Johnathan brings a strong work ethic and a detail-oriented mindset to every job site, coordinating seamlessly with project managers and trade partners to keep installations on schedule and done right the first time. His deep knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishing techniques allows him to proactively address challenges and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
